FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in any field, particularly in utilisation of solar energy radiation. The heat exchange panel contains at least two similar connected between themselves sheets with a profiled surface having corrugations in form of half cylinders, input and output collectors, connected to channels, created by corrugations of adjacent connected sheets. There are located flat sections between the corrugations which are coupled with half cylinders of the corrugations by means of gradual rounded transient sections. The flat sections of coupled sheets have along their whole length spots of discrete joining between themselves; these spots are made as points or in kind of rectilinear stripes so, that the distance between the places of joining is 1÷10 of a point diameter or of joining stripe width. The width of part of flat section in a plane perpendicular to the axis of a half cylinder corrugation between the end point of a joining spot and the nearest rounded transient section is 0.25÷1 of a diameter of the point or width of the rectilinear joining strip. Radius of rounding of the transient section of corrugation half cylinders coupling with the flat sections is 0.5÷1.5 of a diameter of the point or width of the rectilinear joining strip. Radius of rounding of gradual transient sections of corrugation of coupling half cylinders and collectors is at least equal to the least radius of rounding of sections of coupling of cylinder corrugations with flat sections. The invention allows reducing of material consumption of a heat exchanging panel and increasing of its reliability and longevity.
EFFECT: reduction of material consumption of a heat exchange panel and increase of its reliability and longevity.
