SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to complex automatic and computer technology products. The parameter control device consists of a distributor of control signals, a commutator of analogue signals, processing unit, set-point device, controlled voltage divider, measuring constant-voltage source, three measuring transmitters, an analogue-digital converter, two switches, extra third and fourth switches, a fourth measuring transmitter, a second commutator of analogue signals, connected to the corresponding set of connections. The technical outcome is the increased efficiency of the control system due to faster checking of the resistance of the insulation of electrical power circuits and control circuits, increased reliability of the control system, since it does not only determine whether the resistance of the insulation of the controlled circuit lies within the permissible limits, but also calculates its exact value, allowing for predicting the time of successful operation of the system.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of the control system.
