FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: application: electric machine engineering. Invention resolves the problem of differential scattering factor σd, symmetrical to m'=3-zone electric machine fractional (q=46/11 and q=46/13) loop winding. For this purpose three-phase electric machine winding in z=138c grooves: 1) at 2p=22·c poles with grooves number per each pole and phase q=z/3p·46/11 is arranged from 3p·c coil groups with numbers from 1"Г"...33"Г" c and coils arrangement according to 54444544444 line being repeated 3·c times: first group is five-coil 1"Г"...11"Г" group where coils are repeated in grooves in the following order yGi=10, 8, 6, 4, 2 c (1-x) wk, wk, wk, Wk, (1-x) wk as loops, whereas four-coil groups are as follows y'Gi = 9, 7, 5, 3 c wk, (1+x) wk, wk, (1-x) wk in 3"Г", 4"Г", 9"Г", y'Gi=6, 6, 6, 6 c wk, (1+x) wk, wk, (1-x) wk in 2"Г", 7"Г", 8"Г" and (1-x) wk, wk, (1+x) wk, wk in 5"Г", 10"Г", 11"Г" at x value =0,45; 2) at 2p=26·c poles with grooves number per each pole and phase q=z/3p=46/13 is arranged from 3p·c coil groups with numbers from 1"Г"...39"Г" c and coil arrangement according to 4434343434343 line being repeated 3·c times: first grouping includes 1"Г"...13"Г" four-coil groups with coil located in grooves in the following order y'Gi = 8, 6, 4, 2 c wk, wk, wk, (1-x) wk as loops, and three-coil groups y'Gi = 7, 5, 3 c wk, (1+x) wk, wk as loops at x value = 0.63, where c = 1, 2, 3,...; 2wk - number of groove loops fully filled with winding. The said distribution of uneven loop coils is repeated in each subsequent grouping.
EFFECT: production of three-phase two-layer electric machine winding being able to reduce differential scattering factor.
