SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cosmetology, in particular, cosmetic composition for washing hair and/or skin, being distinctive because it contains Sodium sulphuretoxilate - (5.0-10.0% mass), Cocamidopropylbetaine - (1.0-5.0 % mass), Alkylpoliglucoside - (2.0-5.0 % mass), Moistening composition - (20.0-25.0 % mass), Pearl additive - (1.0-3.0% mass), Flavour cloud - (0.1-0.3 % mass), Trilon B - (0.1-0.3 % mass), Fragrance - (0.15-0.3 % mass), Conservative agent - (0.05-0.09 % mass), Water - up to 100 %, on condition that as moistening composition, composition, including following ingredients in % mass is used: complex of natural moistening ingredients including sodium lactate, lactic acid, glycerin, sodium chloride, sorbitol, series, urea, allantoin and pentilen-glycol 2.0-5.0, concentrate of grapefruit, orange, kiwi and apple, almond extract and apple acid in butyleneglycol solution 2.0-5.0, etoxilated wheat germ oil with addition of butyloctanol 2.0-5.0 and water.

EFFECT: enhancing softening and moistening effect on skin and hair when using cosmetic composition for washing hair and/or skin as well as reduction of skin dryness and excessive greasiness.
