FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for the manufacture of products from polymeric materials and can be used in the chemical industry for the manufacture of construction profile frame lath. Thus the expensive wood used for manufacture of similar products with its replacement by a polymeric material, which exceeds the basic technical and economic parameters is freed. The multichannel extrusion head for preparing the polymeric construction profile of frame lath contains the case made from demountable from two sections with the cooling system, that form the forming channels of profile section with the upper and lower sections cases of the head, thus forming channels are informed with feeding channel. In the upper section deepenings in the form of rectangular grooves in the center are executed. Lateral faces of the forming channels are formed by sine wave curves under a corner of an inclination of 45°. In the lower section there are rectangular recesses which together with the top section form forming channels in the form of frame structures are stipulated.

EFFECT: increase of productivity and quality of the extruded construction frame profile lath and improvement of manufacturing techniques.
