FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: carrier rocket comprises a tow-stage stack incorporated with the second-stage central block and the first-stage four side blocks arranged in the carrier rocket stabilisation planes at an angle to the second-stage block lengthwise axis, and serially arranged the third-stage block and a payload. Note here that the blocks comprise tanks of fuel components (oxidizer and fuel), sustainers with swinging (rotary) combustion chambers. The second-stage fuel component-central block tank volume to the first stage fuel component tank volume ratio makes 0.79 to 0.86. Note also that the central block fuel tank bottom is a truncated cone ball segment with the bulkhead the sustainer is attached to.
EFFECT: larger payload without increasing carrier rocket sizes.
