FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: method of producing a jet engine rotor or stator component that, in operation, let gas flow pass through consists in positioning the first and second walls and subsequent welding them together. The first wall is located on the component circumference and axis so that it thrusts, by one its edge, upon the flat side of the second wall arranged radially. Now, the first wall edge opposite side is laser-welded to the second wall flat side. The welding is effected so that adjoining wall parts make a T-shape welded joint.
EFFECT: lower costs and labor consumption in production of the said component, higher durability and longer life, leave alone lower weight.
