FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied in thermostating of control junctions in differential thermocouples. Side walls of internal chamber are made of a material with low heat conductivity, while the base is made of a material with high heat conductivity. Control junctions of differential thermocouples to be thermostated at 0°C are advanced to solid and fluid phase boundary by a sinker with external diametre a bit smaller than the internal chamber diametre and with cone vertical section. Control junction of differential thermocouple to be thermostated is placed in a point of intersection of caproic fibres fixed in the inner cavity of a sinker. Control junction contacts are drawn outside through a special gasket.
EFFECT: extended functional capabilities.
