SUBSTANCE: seeds are soaked in an anode or cathode liquor for 8-10 hours and planted in soil without drying. The anode or cathode liquors are supplied into soil after bedding the seeds; the seed bed is covered with loose soil and pressed. The anode or cathode liquors are dispersed before supplying into seed bed.
EFFECT: increase in seeds germination ability and crop yield, improvement of application characteristics of winter wheat when cultivating it in dry conditions.
