FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to auxiliary transportation equipment, particularly, to chain gates and can be used to shut off the ore pass at mining enterprises and to let large-size objects from hoppers. The chain gate comprises two rings arranged below the large-size object withdrawal device outlet, the said rings being linked by round-link vertically-oriented chains. In compliance with the invention, the lower ring is furnished with ledges to interact with vertically-oriented guides of the cylindrical casing arranged to enclose the chains with a gap. The upper ring is made up of a horizontal shoulder and aligned cylinders. The larger diameter lower cylinder is furnished with an outward-bent flat horizontal shoulder furnished with a ring gear to come into mesh with the gear of turn drive fitted on the bracket mounted on the casing outer side. The lower cylinder inner edges accommodate rollers fitted on half-axles to run on over an annular rail arranged on the casing top.
EFFECT: simpler design and higher reliability.
