FIELD: constructional engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to construction equipment for driving earth in reinforced concrete piles, steel pipes, tongues and others drive components. The hydrohammer includes pipe casing with flanges, impact weight with centre pocket hole, pile cap, hydraulic actuator containing pump, vessel, power and exhaust passageway with accumulators, and hydraulic control valve, impact weight actuating hydrocylinder equipped with piston rod attached to impact weight at the bottom of its centre pocket hole. Head end is formed over the piston, while rod end is formed below the piston, the both ends being connected to hydraulic actuator. The lower part of hydrocylinder is located lower than casing upper flange. Depth of centre pocket hole of impact weight exceeds length of hydrocylinder section below casing upper flange, diameter of the hole exceeding maximum lateral dimension of the aforesaid section of the hydrocylinder. The hydrocylinder includes sleeve, with piston arranged therein, and shoulder coaxial to sleeve from its lateral side with clearance so that between sleeve and shoulder there is cavity with its upper part coupled with hydraulic actuator, and lower part with rod end of the hydrocylinder.
EFFECT: reduction of hydrohammer dimensional length, reduction of cost price and increase in hydrocylinder reliability.
