FIELD: physics, survey.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to control oil flow rate. The system contains two RF resonators mounted on dielectric pipe, each resonator representing short-circuit conductor with two mutually orthogonal inputs-outputs, constraint and constraint-parting coils, Coriolis acceleration flowmeter with electronic flow and density transducer, pressure gauge, computing and controlling module, regulated RF generator and switchboard, flow regime controller, the first and second controllers of Coriolis acceleration flowmeter calibrations, two input amplifiers, four transmission paths and eight coupling capacitors. Based on method of radio-wave flow RF-sounding, relative volume content of flow components is measured in two mutually orthogonal directions. Based on method of self-correlated velocity measurement, flow rate is detected, mass flow and density of controlled medium being measured using Coriolis acceleration flowmeter and calibration controllers. Calibration controllers enable, on the basis of data received from flow conditions controller, to select calibration of Coriolis acceleration flowmeter corresponding to the given conditions.

EFFECT: improved accuracy of measurement even at highly unstable flow rate.
