FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns self-contained respiratory systems based on chemically bound oxygen. Self-contained respiratory system includes regeneration cartridge with inspiratory and expiratory limbs, breathing bag, excess pressure valve with spring-mounted rod, valve box with inspiratory and expiratory valves and nozzles, face part, crimped tubes connecting face part to the upper valve box nozzle and lower valve box nozzle with expiration valve to the expiratory limb of regeneration cartridge. In one of the side valve box nozzles the excess pressure valve is mounted, while the inspiratory limb is mounted in an opposite nozzle. Breathing bag is mounted on a nozzle opposite to the nozzle with excess pressure valve and connected to spring-mounted rod of the excess pressure valve via flexible control rod passing hermetically through elastic membrane.
EFFECT: improved operational properties of respiratory system due to increased reliability.
