FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to cleaning and preparation of articles surfaces for painting, in particular, to equipment for jet washer. Invention provides expansion of technological resources and increase of quality. Machine contains chamber with washing circuits installed in it, which are equipped with headers with slot nozzles for supply of washing solution onto articles, and chain conveyor that bears on axes perforated beds and vertical planks with seats for articles installation. Perforated beds are made of plates, every of which is equipped on both sides with tabs and slots, which are arranged with the possibility of neighbouring plates tabs installation in them, at that tabs are made with C-shaped bends that interact with axes of beds and form hinged joints of plates with each other. Vertical planks are installed on both sides of plates along the full length of conveyor, are equipped with bushings and installed each on two axes adjoining neighbouring planks. Planks are arranged with protrusions and slants, which form additional seats for installation of articles with protrusions and slants of neighbouring planks, and slot nozzles of washing circuits are installed in staggered rows and are turned with their slot in relation to longitudinal axis of headers at the angle from 20 to 30 degrees.

EFFECT: expansion of technological resources and increase of washing quality.
