FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the sphere of construction, namely, to method of columns assembly and device for columns gripping. Method of assembly of columns of crossbar-free frame of building includes preliminary installation of mounting tables on mounted column in horizontal position. Fixing of mounted column is carried out with the help of gripping mount with flexible sling. Flexible sling is fixed, embracing exactly half of column cross section on one side. On the other side the second equal half of column cross section is embraced with u-shaped metal bracket with lugs. Formation of gripping mount is carried out by means of flexible sling passage through bracket lugs. After lifting of mounted column and putting it in vertical position, column is lowered into foundation pile and vertically leveled. Foundation pile is fixed in head of mounted column. Mounted column is lowered until its lower end surface touches gasket on top end surface of mounted column. Gasket is rigidly fixed metal plate of square form. Area of plate is 0.4 times less than area of end surfaces of joined columns. After that strainers are fixed to lugs of mounting tables with their one side, and with their second side - to shoes. Shoes are fixed to the surface of ceiling plates. After strainers fastening flexible sling is removed by means of remote cable. Cable has been preliminarily inserted into rings fixed to u-shaped bracket. Then welding is done along perimeter of butt joint of columns end surfaces with interrupted seam in diagonally opposite sequence. At that gaps are left between welding seams of 20-25 mm. Cement-sand mortar is supplied to gaps until butt joint between end surfaces of columns are filled.

EFFECT: reduction of labour intensity and material intensity of erection.
