FIELD: food products.
SUBSTANCE: method intends use of static "electronic pump", which matrix is formed from 3-mass sensitive piezosensors with natural frequency 8-10 MHz and modified, for which on the electrodes of mass sensitive piezosensors films of ethanol solutions of two polar and one middle-polar chromatographic sorbents with the weight of 10-15 mkg are distributed uniformly, dried at the temperature of 40°C during 15 minutes, the modified mass-sensitive piezosensors are fixed in the holders on the cover and put into the case of the static "electronic pump". Warmed up to 20±2°C sample of milk or fermented milk product for children or clinical nutrition in the amount of 2 g is placed into the weighing cup with the volume of 20 cm3 with a polyurethane membrane on the cover and conditioned in it for 10 minutes. Following saturation of the gas-phase with the vapours of the given aroma through the polyurethane membrane 1 cm3 of the equilibrium gas-phase with an injector that is injected to the body of the static "electronic pump", oscillation frequency of mass-sensitive piezosensors is recorded during 2 minutes. The total analytical signal is formed in the shape of kinetik "visual print" and is compared with the database of results of standard sample analysis.
EFFECT: increase of determination expressivity; increase of accuracy and possibility of determination even small amounts of artificial flavours in the products under investigation.
