SUBSTANCE: system contains the new documents reception block, blocks of selection of a constant address of the document in a server database, lock units of the number of documents in the system, blocks defining sequence of documents selection from a server database, creating blocks of current address of document recording and reading, document identification blocks, blocks receiving records from the server database, the circuit switching block of a document transfer to other objects of the system, the block accepting the documents from other objects of the system.
EFFECT: correspondence reliability increase of the maintenance of electronic documents to their paper samples by depositing in system of the information on assurance of listing the electronic documents paper forms.
