SUBSTANCE: invention is related to wireless networks. System and method are intended for presentation of message on graphical display of wireless device, while wireless device connects server of applications download via wireless network. When wireless device tries to connect server of applications download or changes files during navigation in server of applications download, message is sent via wireless network into computer platform of wireless device and displayed to user of wireless device. Message may be sent to wireless device from the same server of applications download, which wireless device is trying to connect or performs navigation. Alternatively, message may be sent from another server in wireless network.
EFFECT: expansion of functional resources of information presentation systems to user of wireless devices.
