FIELD: medicine; cosmetology.

SUBSTANCE: prepared skin is covered with photosensitiser that is gel containing chlorine E6 glucamine salt or sodium copper cholphylline. Photosensitiser is kept until penetrates to epidermis. Then photosensitiser is removed. Then skin is exposed to continuous laser radiation at wavelength corresponding to maximum absorption of photosensitiser. If chlorine E6 glucamine salt is used as photosensitiser, laser radiation is applied at specific power 96 mV/cm², specific dose 72 J/cm², and total dose 1440 J. Or radiation is carried out at specific power 105 mV/cm², specific dose 126 J/cm², and total dose 2520 J. Or radiation is carried out at specific power 80 mV/cm², specific dose 72 J/cm² and total dose 1800 J. If sodium copper is used, radiation is carried out with specific power 70 mV/cm², specific dose 50.4 J/cm² and total dose 2200 J.

EFFECT: method allows for destruction of defective cellular structures; enables to induce growth of young healthy skin cells population and to intensify humoral immunity.
