SUBSTANCE: invention is related to preparation of pure liquid from initial liquid, in particular, for preparation of fresh water from salty water. Method of fresh water preparation from salty water, etc. is carried out by means of initial liquid evaporation that takes place under vacuum in evaporation device (10) and steam condensation in condensation device (23), which is connected to steam outlet of evaporation device (10). Evaporation (10) and condensation (23) devices are filled accordingly with initial and pure liquids, when they are disconnected from each other. Then underpressure is pulled in sealed systems that contain working chamber (9) and evaporation device (10) and, accordingly, working chamber (27) and condensation device (23), by means of working chambers volume increase. At that evaporation (10) and condensation (23) devices are hydraulically connected between each other only under vacuum. This helps to achieve high evaporation efficiency and affordability.
