SUBSTANCE: device incorporates a branch pipe with holes made on its side surface to feed washing fluid inside the casing and the casing proper with the cover arranged on the said branch pipe to revolve about it and making when jointed together, a mountain-like space communicating via openings with the casing inside and the cover slots designed to form the washing fluid jets. The casing inside houses a disc connected and aligned with the said branch pipe. The said branch pipe side surface holes are arranged in two rows on both sides of the aforesaid disc. The casing with the cover can not only revolve about the branch pipe with the said disc but to move along the branch pipe axis so that the disc edges moves along the openings' height.

EFFECT: higher reliability and smaller crosswise sizes.
