FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: wheel incorporates an elastic-flexible rim, a hub, an elastic-flexible plate-like element jointing the rim to the hub, an elastic-flexible tire with its space filled with twisted separated springs and an circular opening tightly closed with an elastic-flexible ring-like cover. The proposed wheel comprises also elastic-flexible lateral constraining rings with a L-like or arc-like cross section and with tenons furnished on the ring inner surface. The aforesaid tenons are received by the holes made in either the rim outer cylindrical surface or on the cylindrical elastic lining enveloping the wheel rim all along its cylindrical surface.
