SUBSTANCE: in vortex induction heater for water or air comprising inductor of commercial frequency and vortex chamber in form of package of sheets out of ferromagnetic material, at that sheets are arranged in working volume of chamber with gaps between sheets for water or air flow; and in heater also comprising periphery swirler and sleeves for cold water or air feed and heated water or air withdrawal sheets are made with micro-channels on surface.
EFFECT: designing of compact, simple and reliable at operation heater for moderate volumes of water utilizing electrical current of commercial frequency.
