FIELD: refrigerating engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device for refrigerating food stuff contains heat insulated case, air ducts and load trolleys; heat insulated case consists of one or several identical compartments each of them equipped with separate heat insulated door, floor drains which are installed with decline, ramp for rolling trolleys in, facility for air withdrawal in lower portion of lengthwise wall and system of low temperature air supply from one or several turbo expander assemblies; this system consists of feeding pipeline with lock valves; at that system has one or several pipes of H or batwing shape and pipe adapter of narrowing section installed in lengthwise wall of case compartment in its upper portion; system also consists of manifold pipe equipped with ceiling fixtures with clamps for securing pipe against ceiling and branches made in form of elbow of round section with tilt to horizontal plane; elbow has circular collar to fix vertical air ducts arranged in compartment corners; air ducts are mountable and dismountable and consist of two or more head pieces of equal length; all head pieces form pipe of conics with gap in vertical plane and horizontal rectangular slits at corner of cone; along generatrix head pieces contain yokes with clamps to contract head pieces between themselves and branches of manifold pipe; also there are bent, rigidly mounted plates for acceleration and uniform distribution of air flows, two heat absorbing ribs from exterior side which are arranged under angle to head piece axis; at that lower head piece narrows in its in its conic part and contains screw supports to facilitate ail ducts rotation around their axes.
EFFECT: facilitates reducing duration of procedure, also maintaining high qualitative characteristics of products as well as reducing capital and operational costs and ecological safety of production.
