SUBSTANCE: agent is applied as disinfecting detergent solution in treatment-and-prophylactic institutions contains alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride ("ЧАС"), glyoxal, glutaric aldehyde, propanol-2 (isopropyl alcohol), syntanole "АЛМ"-10 (nonionic surfactant), versene, anticorrosive substance as oxyethyliguindiphosphonic acid (OEDPK) and oxidizer in the form of hydrogen peroxide. Agent in concentration 0.1-2.0 % (by preparation) provides disinfecting of various objects (surface, care articles, laboratory ware, cleaning materials, medical articles), contaminated with gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria (including Mycobacterium 85), fungi and poliomyelitis type 1 virus at time 15-120 min depending on solution concentration, microorganism types, disinfecting object and organic pollution.

EFFECT: invention provides effective multiple application of working solutions till change of their appearance during working life of working solutions (21 days).
