FIELD: electric engineering.
SUBSTANCE: insulator contains support part in the form of disc (1) with bushing (2) for fixing inside end (3) of rod (4) from glass-cloth laminate. At the end (7) of rod (4) from glass-cloth laminate head (8) is fixed. Around rod (4) between disc (1) and head (8) insulating body (9) is located, which has radial ribs (10). Insulating body (9) is made from organic-silicon rubber. In one version of invention head is made of polymer material, and in the second one - from metal. Head may be made from polyamide. Support part may be arranged with bushing for fixing inside end of rod from glass-cloth laminate. Head may be arranged with expansion with annular groove. Disc may be made with threaded opening, in which threaded axial rod is screwed in.
EFFECT: reduction of insulator weight.
