FIELD: radio electronics.
SUBSTANCE: creation of structure of cabinet for radio electronics equipment, which contains casing with plates of highly heat-conducting material installed one above another and form horizontal sections, in which detachable units of radio electronics equipment are installed, system of heat removal that contains of thermal pipes with thermal contact with plates of highly heat-conducting material in the field of thermal pipe evaporation and back wall of cabinet, which is also made of highly heat-conducting material, on external side of which zone of thermal pipe condensation is fixed. Plates of highly heat-conducting material are fixed to back wall of cabinet through heat-insulating gaskets, for elimination of reverse heat leakages. Back wall of cabinet from the side of radio electronics equipment also has heat-insulating coating, which serves also for reverse transfer of heat from zone of thermal pipe condensation to the cabinet volume. Casing is fixed to the back wall of cabinet for creation of channel during operation of cooling system in mode of forced air cooling. For creation of forced air cooling mode there is fan electrically connected to ventilator. On back wall of cabinet from the side of thermal pipes fixing at least one temperature detector is installed, being electrically connected with unit of fan control. Advantage of suggested design is also absence of considerable additional power inputs for control of temperature mode of radio electronics equipment in cabinet.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of heat removal from cabinet volume and provision of possibility to control heat removal without change in heat removal system and cabinet design.
