FIELD: oil and gas.

SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of refuse, separation of water and volatile hydrocarbons during processing by heated steam with the following dehydration of volatile hydrocarbons and neutralisation of separated water. Then refuse is heated to heavy hydrocarbon melting point in the range of 300-600°C, and heavy melted hydrocarbons are removed. After storage the refuse is neutralised. Device consists of rough cleaning system with liquid or solid refuse outlets, which are connected with separation unit and steam-curing chamber, which are in their turn connected with heated steam source. Liquid or solid refuse outlets of steam-curing chamber are connected with separation unit and heating unit respectively. The first outlet of separation unit is connected with anode pack, and anode pack outlet and the first outlet of heating unit are connected with the refuse storage yard; and the second outlets of separation unit and heating unit are connected with oil products' reservoirs.

EFFECT: increasing the refuse processing quality and device's corrosion resistance.
