FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions of fire-resistant hydraulic fluid concentrates to be used all-the-year-round at temperatures of -50°C to +50°C in fire-risk metallurgy shops and coal mines. The proposed concentrate contains wt % 6 to 8 of distilled water or steam condensate, 1.32 to 1.5 of triethanolamine, 81.3 to 84.5 of propylene glycol, 3.6 to 9.43 of water-soluble polyurethane, 1.18 to 1.2 of para-nitrobenzoic acid, 0.06 to 0.15 of anti-frother agent and 0.14 to 0.15 of sodium oleate.
EFFECT: expanded range of operating properties, physical stability at 80 to 118°C and production of hydraulic fluid, when mixed with water, to be used at -45°C to 100°C, up to 35 MPa and fluid travel speed of up to 2000 min-1.
