FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: offered is low dispensable turbine including nozzle block and driving wheel with peripheral gaskets and working channels, thus characteristic number is within: (u/C0)opt=0.35-0.4 - one-stage performance, (u/Co)opt=0.22-0.3 - two-stage performance; where u is peripheral velocity at average diameter, C0 is isentropic velocity of steam flow from nozzle block. Geometrical angle of spill from the first nozzle block providing full steam supply to driving wheel is a1d=0-9 degrees (for optimal reactivity degree), geometrical angle of stream supply to the first driving wheel is β1d=5-14 degrees; geometrical angle of spill from first driving wheel is β2d=Δβ, where Δβ is ±(0-5) degees; besides, ratio of geometrical characteristics is am\a1=0.95-1.1, ad\a1=0.9-1.2, where am, ad, a1 are diameters of inscribed circles in blade channels of the first driving wheel; and quantity of working blades of the first step is Z1 = (1.2-3) Dav/B1, where B1 is width of driving wheel blades, Dav is average diameter of step; where n is frequency turbine rotor revolution, rpm; besides, cost efficiency of low dispensable turbine application with declared air-gas channel is evaluated by throughput complex A:

EFFECT: higher efficiency of turbine at due to reduced number of pressure steps right up to their elimination to reduce weight-dimensional characteristics and cost price of driven low dispensable turbines.
