SUBSTANCE: device comprises, at least, one metal transverse, two metal-rod L-shape member, the arm of one of them being elongated compare to the other and furnished with a hook. The other L-shape member features symmetric arms, the end of one of them being furnished with a rigid joint to the aforesaid elongated arm provided the different direction of angles of coupling of arms of the said elements and parallelism of the arms of those elements not having a direct coupling between them are duly allowed for. The transverse is rigidly coupled with the parallel arms of the L-shape members and is made from metal channel-shape sheet, the channel flange facing the aforesaid hook side and the channel slot featuring the width sufficient to be coupled with the mounting band with minimum gaps.
