FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is attributed to electronic devices for automatics and can be used as power amplifiers working in switching mode to supply power to initial information sensors and to executive devices. Duo-directional amplifier works in switching mode. Balanced paraphrase signals of "meander" type comes to transistor bases (12), (13). In the first half-period of input signal the transistors are open (e.g. (12) and (2) are in the saturation state and (13) and (3) are closed in the cutoff mode). Open transistor (2) via diode (6) shunts stabilitron (9) and prevents transistor (3) opening. When amplifier input signal polarity changes in the second half-period the transistor (12) closes and the transistor (13) opens. The transistor (2) starts to close and the transistor (3) does not open until voltage on the transistor (2) reaches stabilisation voltage of stabilitron (9). As a result switching of transistors (2) and (3) connected to output transformer (1) happens simultaneously due to which fact the technical result is provided - through currents via transistors (2) and (3) are suppressed. At the same time stabilitrons (8) and (9) accelerate the process of transistors (2) and (3) switching (decrease the pulse rise and decay time).
EFFECT: suppression of through currents via transistors and acceleration of transistor switching process.
