FIELD: mechanisation.

SUBSTANCE: proposed unit incorporates air tube conveyor with plugged ends and a lengthwise slit, fans and an outlet branch pipe. The aforesaid air tube conveyor is furnished with a moving enclosed belt to block the aforesaid slit. The said outlet branch pipe is arranged in the aforesaid air tube conveyor and is coupled by a pull cable with the electrically driven winch. The proposed unit is furnished with a cyclone-feed distributor and a deflector designed to feed chaff and arranged to be coupled with and uncoupled from the outlet branch pipe and to move along the mangers pulled by the aforesaid cable. The aforesaid cyclone-feed distributor is furnished, at the feed flow outlet, with a shutter and a branch piper with sprayer communicated, via a flexible hose, with a liquid solution feed pump. The aforesaid air tube conveyor is arranged parallel to the aforesaid mangers, furnished with the inlet branch pipe couples with the fans and all feed distributors. The outlet branch pipe is rigidly coupled with the guide deflector. Note that the cyclone-feed distributor is mounted on a track bogie moving on along the rails arranged along the mangers and is rigidly coupled with the outlet branch pipe by a towing handle. The proposed unit incorporates also a diffuser with a beater to separate the feed components into larker and smaller fractions and to mix them in air flow. The deflector designed to feed scarf is furnished with a dust entrapper. The pressure pipeline is provided with the hydraulic cyclone and the circulation pipeline furnished with a control valve.
