FIELD: medicine, pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely to obtaining of pharmaceutical compositions. A stable freeze-dried composition containing antibody Cetuximab or Matuzumab (EMD 72000) against a receptor of the endothelial factor of growth (receptor EGF), Saccharum or an amino sugar, amino acid and a surface-active substance is offered. The composition according to the invention is physiologically well tolerable, can be easily prepared, dosed precisely out, is stable against products of disintegration and units at storage during the period, at least, from three months till one-two years, and also during repeated processes of freezing and thawing. After restoration it can be applied parenterally to treatment of tumours.
EFFECT: obtaining of physiologically well tolerable composition which can be easily prepared, dosed precisely out, is stable concerning products of disintegration and units at storage during the period, at least, from three months till one-two years, and also during repeated processes of freezing and thawing.
