SUBSTANCE: system contains regular aircraft (AC) control system (21), on-board systems condition sensors, unit for prediction of AC travel within time period t₀ (10), unit for catastrophic situation (CS) determination (11), AC travel parameters calculator (CPC) (1), unit for flight mode determination (6), switch (14), comparing unit (16), expert systems. Initial flight mode recovery unit (20) connected with CPC and four expert systems (ES) are introduce into the system. The first ES is executed with flight mode determination unit connected with intelligent database (IDB) containing knowledge on AC flight mode features (7), the second ES is executed with IDB containing knowledge on AC flight mathematical models (9) and CPC. The third ES is executed with AC travel prediction unit (10), catastrophic situation (CS) determination unit (11) connected with IDB containing knowledge on critical parameter control (12) and IDB on CS (13), connected in series travel prediction unit for CS prevention by comparing unit, unit for determination of regular AC control system blocking moment. The fourth ES is executed with control unit for recovery from CS (18) connected with IDB containing knowledge on recovery from CS control type.
