SUBSTANCE: device consists of two fixed hydraulic cylinders through which a flexible rod is passed made of locked rope on which hook for load-carrying device is suspended. Flexible rod may be interchangeably captured by pistons of hydraulic cylinders with chucks which permit to move rope with load suspended to it. Movement of the said pistons takes place under action of driving fluid delivered to hydraulic cylinders by distributor components from pump assembly, and providing of pistons coordinated movement in phase opposition is performed due to control signals sending coming from corresponding hydraulic cylinders to distributor component through AND gate.

EFFECT: continuous load movement during its lifting.
