FIELD: construction industry.
SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining hard grain-oriented high-temperature superconductive ceramics on bismuth basis 1.9Ca2Cu3Ox, which can be used in electric engineering and transport industry. Porous ceramics with density of 1.8 g/cm3 to 2.4 g/cm3 is treated with ethyl alcohol and exposed to uniaxial compression with pressure of 400-500 MPa at indoor temperature. After that porous ceramics is dried and burnt off at the temperature of 820-850°C for 30-100 hours.
EFFECT: producing hard material with high degree of grain orientation by means of simple and non labour-intensive method.
