FIELD: armament.
SUBSTANCE: modulated laser beam is received by the missile and transformed into electrical signal. The signals proportional the missile coordinates with respect to the laser beam axis in vertical and horizontal planes are generated. The control signals are generated by transforming the aforesaid signals proportional to the missile coordinates and related to the beam into the system of coordinates related to the revolving missile. The control signals are converted into the rudder deflection. Note that, if the said modulated laser signal receipt is interrupted, the rudders will be deflected by the control signals generated in response to those proportional to the missile coordinates at the moment preceding the receipt interruption for the time not exceeding the preset maximum period. Given the aforesaid time expired, the signals proportional to the missile coordinates will be zeroed till the reestablishment of the normal receipt.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of control.
