FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: constant low-pressure shut-off valve incorporates a control electromagnetic valve, a high-pressure chamber with a gas feed channel, a low-pressure discharge channel, a cylindrical bore with a movable element furnished with the valve stem and forming the control chamber on the rod side communicating with the aforesaid electromagnetic valve chamber, the said control chamber being furnished with a spring and communicating via the movable element and stem channel, on the other side, with the high-pressure chamber. The low-pressure chamber of the proposed valve is separated from the discharge channel by a discharge seat and a shut-off gate made integral with the said movable element. The aforesaid movable element and rod channel is separated from the high-pressure chamber by an additional seat arranged on the stem end face surface and an additional shut-off gate coupled with an additional device adjusted for a preset low pressure.
EFFECT: reduced overall sizes and weight of gas supply system due to expanded performances of two-stage shut-off electropneumatic valve.
