SUBSTANCE: device includes a membrane cartridge in the form of the rigid case of disk-like form and an exhalation valve representing a detail of the profiled form in the form of a body of rotation with a ring niche executed from an elastic material, the central aperture and an elastic element in the form of a rotation cover. The membrane cartridge is located opposite to the central aperture and established in the ring niche of the body of rotation on with the cutting plastic holder established on external surface on lug condition.
EFFECT: improvement of operational qualities of the device, weight decrease, reduction of dimensions.
