FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises vulcanisation bath filled with a granular heat carrier, gas distribution grid and liquefying agent feed system. There are cylindrical bent nozzles arranged vertically in the said bath symmetric about its lengthwise axis, their lower parts being submerged in the granular heat carrier and with their ends being furnished with horizontal sites. The nozzle upper ends are bent towards the bath lengthwise axis. The outlet of every nozzle accommodates appliances to swirl flows of particles and liquefying agent representing a coiled tape with a certain pitch of half a turn. One end of the tape is fastened to the nozzle outlet the other one moves inside the nozzle.
EFFECT: intensified hydro mechanical and heat-and-mass exchange processes.
