FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plants for heating surfaces cleaning from external deposits and may be used in heat and power engineering, metallurgy, chemical and other industries, where heat-exchanging surfaces cleaning is critical. Plant contains distribution header, impulse chambers coupled with distribution header by means of pipelines with multipurpose valves, mixers with gas and air supply nozzles provided with multipurpose valves and connected to nozzles by additional pipelines with multipurpose valves. Air supply nozzles are attached to distribution header, while automatic control unit is linked with explosive shock and temperature control sensors installed in pipelines before mixers. Temperature sensors are also installed behind heating surfaces; and automatic control unit is connected to explosive shock and temperature control sensors with intermittent igniters and multipurpose valves by electric circuits. Plant is also provided with process unit having stand-alone sources of gas and air supply with gas and air pressure regulator and multipurpose valves. It also comprises gas sensors for continuous monitoring of combustible gas concentrations, which are installed on mixers and coupled respectively with stand-alone air and gas sources and with automatic control unit by electric circuits, ensuring automatic cleaning of heating surfaces. The invention allows for refusing from fitting and maintenance of the specific devices and air and gas supply pipelines.
EFFECT: bigger variety of combustible gases and optimal gas and air mixture concentration in mixers maintaining maximum power of shock waves generated by impulse chambers, while improving operation effectiveness and reliability.
