FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in design of control systems with valve frequency converters for induction heaters. Method of inverter control on controlled valves with source of DC supply voltage at the inlet that has characteristic of voltage source and operates for the load as parallel oscillating circuit with high factor of merit in the interval of [1, 30], connected to the inverter outlet through additional throttle that has inductivity of value k L, where k - numerical coefficient that accepts values in the interval of [1/2, 5], and L - equivalent inductivity of load, consists in generation and alternate supply of control pulses to controlled valves, which form direct and reverse half-waves of AC voltage at the load. Instantaneous value of AC voltage is measured at the load. Moments of AC voltage instantaneous value transition through zero at the load are determined. Alternate control pulses are generated and supplied, and alternate controlled valves are switched on with advance, in relation to moments of AC voltage instantaneous value transition through zero at the load by angle in interval of [π/12, π /3].
EFFECT: invention increases reliability of inverter operation.
