FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: lamellar structured panel consists of the upper flat plate and lower plate provided with a set of molded projections, and peripheral supporting edge with flange connected with the upper plate edges around the whole perimeter. Each projection surface is realised as spherical zone with smaller base locating in the plane of the upper plate. Larger base is situated in the initial plane of plate before molded part. Projections are implemented as parallel lines at equal distance from each other. Closed space between plates is filled with self-setting material. As a result beam system is formed in the form of crossed beams with variable width and height. End of beams are joined with peripheral supporting edge. Distance between adjoining parallel lines of projections is 1.1-1.3 of the larger projection base diameter.
EFFECT: improved load-carrying capacity of panel.
