FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: hinge is provided with at least one hinged part to be installed in the opening made in the thin wall, for example metal-plated cabinet doors, and head part such as flange or hinge extension. Head part overlaps the opening edge on the external side of thin wall. The body stands apart from head part and may be moved with pressure through the opening in the thin wall. Holding part is situated on the body and provided with support at the rear side of the thin wall not forming the integral part of the body. Holding part is formed by fastening elements projecting so that they can bend in the direction from the body to its external surface. Free end of holding part is provided with sloping surface to ensure backlash-free support for the body at opening edges.
EFFECT: easy installation and automatic adjustment to different thickness of metal plates.
