FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed miniature bottom-hole screw engine incorporates rubberized stator 1, hollow rotor 2, tubular torsion 3 and shaft 4. Bearing assembly represents a double-sided plain bearing with independent upper cage 5 with reinforced hard-alloy cylindrical inserts and lower cage 7 with the like inserts 8. Both inserts' hardness differs. The lower part of tubular torsion 3 accommodates shock absorber made up of two upper 9 and lower 10 disks furnished with springs 11. Upper cage 5 can alternatively be arranged in adapter 12, lower cage 7 being coupled with shaft 4.
EFFECT: reduced engine vibration, higher reliability and improved performances in drilling.
