FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to the sphere of architecture and construction and may be employed in designing and further building up of territories of suburbs and rural urbanised systems of permanent resident habitancy, and recreational territories of seasonal rest, for moderate climate of the northern hemisphere. Energy efficient buildings contains solid and ventilated window apertures, V-roof with benches and slope of the roof pitch from the crest outward, solar collectors of hot-water heating and solar photovoltaic panels installed on the roof of the building, and a big in extent longitudinal axis of the building stretching from east to west. Roof pitch exposed to the south is made binary, whereat its lower plane is set at an angle to the horizon up to 30° of the value defined from the expression 90-"ф"°, where "ф" - is latitude of the region of the building construction. Its edge is made as a shield going out from the plane of external walls by not more than one third of their length, provided that at least part of the lower plane is used for installation of photovoltaic panels, whereat upper plane of the pitch is set at an angle to the horizon defined from the expression "ф"+15°, whereat at least some of this plane is used for installation of solar collectors of hot water - heating and is equipped with ventilated window apertures, besides, roof pitch directed to the north is set at an angle to the horizon from 75-"ф"° to 90-"ф"°, whereat its edge is made as a shield outstanding from the plane of the external end walls but by not more than half their height and simultaneously outstanding from the ridge but by not more than half the width of the upper plane of the southward roof pitch.

EFFECT: high energy - efficiency of building through a number of architectural means and methods.
