SUBSTANCE: pipelines connection device contains two connected members with mating faces. First member has stopping elements, two clamping straps with catching sponges, interacting with stopping elements arranged on the opposite sides of the second member and having a possibility of turning and displacing in the plane perpendicular to the mating face of the second member. Each of the clamping straps is set moving in the holder, and the holder is set turning on the second member, whereat power element pressing members to each other is set on the holder.

EFFECT: extension of operational capability of the device.
