SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to automation and measuring techniques and can be used in analogue-digital signal processing systems. The technical outcome of the invention is shorter sampling time Δtsampling with simultaneous increase in holding time Δthold. The sampling and holding device comprises two operational amplifiers (1, 6), analogue switch (2), two diodes (3, 4), resistor (5), feedback circuit, and positive capacitance reactance converter (7).
EFFECT: shorter sampling time.
