FIELD: motor and pumps; agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: separator contains curvilinear screening surface with limiting deflectors. The screening surface is provided with the opportunity of vibratory motion in the reversed phase with regard to the pallet. The components are installed on the shaft in axial alignment and at equal distance. Axis is parallel to the shaft, which is tilted along curvilinear screening surface and pallet. There is a tray for grain material screening. There are sprocket gears installed on the fixed axle. The sprocket gears rest upon chains and installed arc-wise along outer surface of curvilinear screening surface edges and inner surface of the pallet. The sprocket gears are in cinematic connection with chains to ensure vibratory motion of the curvilinear screening surface in the reversed phase with regard to the pallet. Screening surface is connected to the shaft by means of elastic couplings. The separator is provided with eccentric vibrator rigidly connected to the curvilinear screening surface to ensure controlled high-frequency oscillations.
EFFECT: improved productivity and effectiveness of separation.
